”Rankin Center” Jackson, MS- A Wal-Mart Super Center with a 45,000 SF shadow anchored shopping center. Shadow tenant’s include Dollar Tree, Rack Room Shoes, Game Stop, Quizno’s, and Fazoli’s Pizza as well as Auto Zone & Dairy Queen on pads

The firm's principals have executed Build To Suits with all major drug stores including Rite Aid, Walgreens & CVS. Additionally, a large-scale Build To Suit program was executed with Rite Aid in the south east, north east and west coast regions
